Yes, we have general liability coverage to cover any potential property damage or personal injury.
We take several things into account when
pricing a job. We center our pricing around time (how long it will take us to service and the time of day; we offer overnight service),
labor intensity, access, size and risk.
Technician (s) will arrive on agreed time and meet with client before any work begins. They will discuss the scope of the work in detail and do a walk-through. A walk-through is vital to our process for both our and the clients’. If there are any non functioning windows or imperfections the technician will notify the client. After the walk-through the technician (s) will begin service. Once the job is complete, a final walk-through will be conducted assuring customer satisfaction. (If you are a reoccurring client, you do not need to be present during the service. We only require new first-time clients to be there for the walk-through and for any possible questions or concerns during the service.) You will be sent an invoice via email the same day and have 30 days to send payment.
All major credit cards, checks and
cash are accepted.
We also use Chase Quickpay, Venmo,
Square and Cashapp.
Simple. The more frequent we service,
the more savings can be applied.

Not being able to clean windows in cold weather is a common misconception. Once it is below freezing point, 32°, we use a special antifreeze solution allowing us to work in the cold weather.
